GoodLaw Solicitors LLP is seeking exceptional talent: the next generation of lawyers. We are building a talent pool of aspiring Legal Assistants who may be considered for opportunities as soon as suitable roles become available within the firm.

By maintaining a talent pool, GoodLaw can streamline the recruitment process by reviewing applications in advance of vacancies, enabling us to progress candidates more efficiently than through a traditional recruitment approach.

Our Talent Pool reduces hiring timelines by allowing candidates to be pre-screened and interviewed before vacancies arise. This means that when roles become available, talent pool candidates are already several steps ahead of external applicants.
