We use the word ‘partner’ to refer to any member of the LLP or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. A list of the members, together with a list of those persons who are designated as partners, is available for inspection at our registered office.

GoodLaw Solicitors LLP is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) however it is included on the Exempt Professional Firm (EPF) register maintained by the FCA so that it can advise on insurance mediation activity in the UK which broadly includes advising on the selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of the firm’s business including complaints is regulated by the SRA. Access the EPF register by visiting the FCA website and selecting EPF search.

We maintain professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and a copy can be requested by writing to our Hove office at the address above.
