Unrivalled Experience of Family Law and Mediation in Brighton
On the 4th of November 2019, Harney & Wells Specialist Family Law Solicitors and their mediation practice merged with GoodLaw Solicitors LLP. Following the merger, Carol Harney and Sarah Mellish retired from full-time practice.
Jane Wells has moved to GoodLaw Solicitors LLP’s Hove office at 6 The Drive, Hove, BN3 3JA along with assistant Lizzie Simmonds.
Harney & Wells’ office in Brighton is no longer in use if you require a solicitor in Brighton contact GoodLaw.
Alison and Jane are both on the Law Society Children Panel and are able to represent children and Guardians and Alison is a solicitor advocate.
Jane is also a fully accredited family mediator and is able to mediate on all issues.
Harney & Wells’ Legal Aid contract for mediation has been passed to GoodLaw Solicitors LLP and Jane will therefore be able to offer Legal Aid mediation for those clients who are eligible.
