Suzanne graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, with an Honours degree in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester.

Before choosing to specialise in Family Law, Suzanne practiced as a Criminal Defence lawyer. She obtained police station accreditation and is a qualified Criminal Duty Solicitor. She holds the Law Society accreditation in Criminal law.

At GoodLaw, Suzanne is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family Law team. Suzanne specialises in Public Law Children Act proceedings. She has extensive experience in representing parents and extended family members. Suzanne is approachable and has great empathy with her clients. Suzanne has continued with her studies and has recently completed further qualifications in Mental Health Awareness and Children and Young People’s Mental Health in order to further assist and support her clients. Suzanne frequently represents neurodivergent parents within the local authority’s legal planning processes and within care proceedings.
