Katherine is a Senior Associate and is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator within the family team at GoodLaw Solicitors. Katherine has worked within the Family Department at GoodLaw since 2018 and obtained her Law Degree from the University of Surrey in 2019. Katherine passed her Resolution Specialist Accreditation in March 2025 and is a Resolution Specialist in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters.

Katherine specialises in Private Law cases, including children, financial and domestic abuse matters. Katherine has worked on many cases with complex Fact-Finding Hearings, dealing with allegations of coercive control, alienation, and domestic abuse. Katherine works closely with the local refuges in Sussex and Surrey, having previously worked for the National Centre for Domestic Violence in Guildford. Katherine also undertakes work including residence/contact disputes, relocation, international abduction issues, divorce and financial matters and care proceedings.

Katherine prides herself on her approach to clients when dealing with these difficult issues and her aim is to make clients feel at ease and to ensure that cases are dealt with quickly and sensitively.

Katherine is a voluntary supervising lawyer at the University of Sussex Family Law Clinic and is a volunteer legal advisor for Rights of Women, working on their family law advice line which provides free legal advice to women suffering domestic abuse.
