Dannielle is a Senior Associate in the family department who passed her Resolution Specialist Accreditation in Autumn 2023. Dannielle specialises in Public Law Children Act matters and has extensive experience representing Local Authorities, parents, children and extended family members. Dannielle also represents parents and children in Private Law matters in relation to disputes on child arrangements.

Dannielle is a member of the Law Society Children Panel.

West Sussex County Council v AB & Anor [2025] EWCA Civ 132 (17 February 2025)

Dannielle Grinsted was instructed within care proceedings and the subsequent appeal. The appeal focuses on the necessity of a Care Order alongside a DOLS order for a vulnerable child whereby the child remains at home with the parent.
