Catherine is a solicitor in the Property Litigation team at Goodlaw Solicitors LLP, specialising in residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes and wider contentious property matters.

Catherine has experience advising both landlords and tenants across a broad range of property disputes, including possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, mortgage repossessions and leasehold disputes. Her work regularly involves forfeiture, security of tenure, claims under the Housing Act, disrepair claims and service charge disputes. She also has experience in boundary disputes, trespass claims, breach of contract matters, debt recovery and fraud-related litigation.

Catherine is a confident advocate in the County Court, where she frequently represents clients in proceedings. She is known for her practical, commercially focused approach and for providing clear, strategic advice to help clients achieve effective and proportionate resolutions.

Catherine places strong emphasis on client care and is committed to building long-term relationships, with many of her instructions arising from repeat clients and personal referrals.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys horse riding and spending time in the countryside.
